Doug Bain has been matching people with their real estate needs since 1975 (48 years) as a Real Estate Broker and as a Builder since 2007 (16 years).
Doug was owner and Broker of Record of Royal LePage Key Realty. He has recently sold the Real Estate Company to his son, Andrew Bain, Donna Mathewson and Mike Cullis. Key Realty is an independently owned and operated Real Estate Brokerage in Sarnia, Ontario.
Doug founded Key Homes in 2007. Doug, his son John Bain and long time employee of the company Joe Clymans operate the business today. Key Homes have built over a 160 homes and is a registered Tarion Building company composed of local trades who take pride in their workmanship. The collective combination of each team member’s contribution creates one of Sarnia’s finest new homes.
Currently, Doug is a member of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce, a member and Past President of the Sarnia Lambton Home Builders Association, a member and past board member on the Ontario Home Builders Association, a member and Past president of the Sarnia Lambton Real Estate Board, former City of Sarnia Alderman and Lambton County Councilor
